With more and more people going for walks and taking beautiful pictures of the area, Pleanáil Teanga Chonamara Láir decided to organise a monthly photography competition. The area stretches from Camus, back to Ros Muc, Cill Chiaráin, Carna, Iorras Beag and Inis Ní, and northwards towards Sraith Salach. As a prize, the winner winner will receive a Conamara Láir Hoodie and their photograph will also be in the monthy newsletter and in our 2022 Calendar. Each month has a different theme and the photographs will be chosen by an external judge.
*Note: Only photographs taken within the Conamara Láir area will be accepted. In addition, the photographer will be required to sign a photo release form.
